  • Account information: your name and email address when you register via Google OAuth or email magic link.
  • Content data: URLs and media content you submit for analysis (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook Ads).
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interactions with our platform.
  • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card details.

3. Google OAuth & Google API Services

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.

QMe AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google sign-in solely for authentication. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google services beyond your basic profile information.

  • To create and manage your account
  • To provide AI-powered content analysis services
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To send transactional emails (magic links)
  • To improve and maintain the platform's functionality

  • Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • AI providers (Azure, OpenAI) — to process content analysis requests
  • Law enforcement or government authorities when required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Processed content may be retained for a limited period to provide analysis history.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and improve platform performance. Session cookies are required for authentication and cannot be disabled. We may use analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar) to understand usage patterns.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
