QMe AI provides an AI-powered platform for content analysis and processing, including scraping, transcription, and AI-generated summaries of content from social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Not share your account with any third party

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant QMe AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

All platform code, design, trademarks, and proprietary technology are the exclusive property of QMe AI and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our written consent.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are issued at our sole discretion unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QMe AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
